Coach and Director of Training: Ervin Szucs (ervin@ifcinc.org)

Ervin Szucs is a renowned Fencing Coach in Epee and Foil and brings tremendous knowledge and experience to our program. As a head coach in Hungary, he trained numerous National Team members, and since starting with the IFC, has already coached a student to a US North American Cup Gold Medal in the Junior category and continues to train multiple National Team members.

Ervin also brings tremendous relationships to the Council and we are excited about the opportunities he will give us as we continue to develop our international exchange programs, seminars and fencing camps both domestically here in the United States and abroad.

Director of Community Outreach: Hany Eldeib (hany@ifcinc.org)

Hany Eldeib is our Director of Community Outreach and in this role communicates with, and educates the fencing community in the United States and abroad the vision and mission of the IFC using personal and online communication channels. In this position he will work directly with the worldwide community of fencers, parents, coaches, various organizations with interest in the mission of the IFC and with potential sponsors to create an atmosphere that supports cooperation to promote the international exchange of fencers between the United States and other countries of the world for the benefit of the development of youth fencers and the advancement of the sport of fencing.

Board Member: Jason Holloway (jason@ifcinc.org)

Mr. Holloway is an award-winning writer, editor, marketer, and business executive in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. He is currently Principal of Holloway & Associates, LLC, which provides a broad cross-section of consulting services encompassing all aspects of organization management with a particular emphasis on new and nontraditional revenue generation. H&A has active partnerships in place with government, nonprofit, and for-profit entities which it aggressively utilizes in addressing client needs.

Over the last fifteen years, Jason has launched some 30 new products representing over $50 million in incremental revenue. He was also responsible for conception to collection of the largest single sale to date by one of Washington’s most storied publishing houses, Congressional Quarterly.

Jason holds an MBA with a Finance concentration from Drexel University’s LeBow School of Business.

Board Member: Richard Weiss (it@ifcinc.org)

Richard comes to us with over 20 years of international management experience with expertise in building a company’s organizational infrastructure, processes and value measurement systems to optimize physical, organizational and customer goals. He is experienced in the development and implementation of Products, Services and Brands across numerous industries with extensive experience in identifying, developing and maintaining long term business relationships. He holds an International Executive MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.

Richard also serves as an officer of the Virginia division of the US Fencing Association and competes nationally as a Veteran fencer in both Foil and Epee.

Executive Director: Kornelia (Connie) Schreiber (execdir@ifcinc.org)

Connie Schreiber has 20+ years of owning and operating a number of successful businesses as well as extensive international travel and personal association with US and international fencing officials. As Executive Director, Connie provides overall guidance to IFC board members and employees to coordinate weekly activities. She liaises with local, state, sectional, and national fencing organizations within the U.S and coordinates and negotiates with international fencing organizations and clubs. Connie will coordinate development of local, state and national student exchange programs and additionally oversee Donor Outreach with both public and private organizations.
